We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic leader to join our Risk Management team as our Director of Risk Product. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement a comprehensive set of crucial risk controls and capabilities, including both internal users and customer facing experiences. Working collaboratively across multiple functional areas, including marketing, product management, legal, policy, operations, and technology, you will be responsible for ensuring that Intuit’s Fintech offerings remain safe, efficient, cost effective, and as friction free as possible for our customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product design, risk strategies, driving continuous improvement preferably within the Fin-Tech space, and customer experience. What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Cyber Security, Finance or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience leading Product Management, Customer Experience, or Risk Operations teams in a large Fintech or banking organizationDemonstrated experience developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that drive customer value, risk mitigation or business growthCustomer obsessed with a proven track record of designing exceptional customer experiences.Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levelsExperience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams and driving change within an organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and problem-solving processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organizationProven program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesKnowledge and understanding of fraud and operational risk management practicesKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools

How you will lead

Primary driver for core Risk capabilities with regards to the Risk platform, tools, data elements, AI and processes to reduce risk to Intuit and Intuit’s customers while thoughtfully balancing friction, cost and other counterbalancing factorsApply your deep industry expertise and creative thinking to address ambiguous situations and complex problems, identifying solutions that will provide for optimal risk management concurrent with optimal customer experiencesIn partnership with Risk Policy, define end-to-end policies, requirements, and processes to achieve exceptional risk outcomesPrioritize and make necessary tradeoffs to arrive at an effective roadmap for implementation, identifying the most beneficial initiatives that will further optimize risk management outcomes while dramatically improving the customer risk experienceEnd-to-end ownership and accountability for developing and implementing a comprehensive, continuous improvement program that focuses on both when and how a customer experiences key moments of truth within risk events and processesAs the primary advocate, champion, and point of contact for our customer in all risk situations, you/your team will investigate and quantify current customer pain points to understand and assess the current stateDevelop and maintain metrics and performance indicators to measure the baseline and the effectiveness of future continuous improvement initiativesAs the change management leader, you will lead programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiativesDrive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and developing great talent to build a high performing teamStay abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learningThis role will require periodic travel (~15%)
